Health and Well-Being
Fortera Credit Union places a high priority on the health and well-being of our employees and their families. We believe it's important to provide income protection to our employees and their families and have created a menu of benefits to do just that, including:
Health Insurance - A comprehensive HRA medical and prescription coverage plan provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee with shared premium costs with our employees.
Dental Insurance - Premium costs are shared by the Credit Union with the employee
Vision Insurance - Premium costs are shared by the Credit Union with the employee.
Life Insurance - At no charge to the employee, your coverage amount is based on salary and package level.
Long Term Disability - Income protection comes with our long-term disability plan.
Voluntary Life Insurance - Additional life insurance coverage available for employee and dependents. Premium costs are paid by the employee.
Your financial security is important to the Credit Union so we maintain a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. In the plan, employees may make pre-tax contributions and the Credit Union will match employee contributions up to 6%. Employees are vested immediately.
